October/November Order Status FAQs
UPDATE: December 27th 2024.
Merry Christmas everyone! We've been packing and sending out all vinyl-related packages starting this past Monday. Shipments have gone out Monday, Tuesday and this morning (the post office was closed for Christmas) and this is how we are proceeding. Every weekday we can post around 50-70 packages (250-350 per week) We have about 600 in the backlog to do so your order will be on it's way shortly!
It's been a wild adventure to get to this point and I wanted to thank you again for your patience during this unprecedented time. You made our Christmas, and you made our year. Thank you for supporting grassroots music. This album was a 5 year project and I truly hope you enjoy it.

UPDATE: December 18th 2024.
The vinyl is on it's way to us! Thanks to the excpetional work and kindness of Press on Vinyl here in England, the Galactic Splatter vinyl is on it's way and we are preparing all boxes of unfulfilled orders throughout the Christmas period. We will be having family time on Christmas itself, but the surrounding days will be full on box stuffing!

UPDATE: October 23rd 2024
Due to the overwhelming wave of Galactic Acid physical orders courtesy of our friend Rick Beato and his fans, I wanted to update you on some abnormal processing and shipping times. Many of you have written to us (My Dad Nick, and I) for updates. You will find answers below.
Please bear in mind that our little village operation was used to processing about 150 times fewer orders than we received between Oct 10th and Oct 23rd, which is equal parts heartwarming and scary. You are truly the most wonderful fans in the world so we want to be as transparent as possible with how we are handling everything. Thank you for your support...

GENERAL ORDER STATUSES
1. If your order does not contain VINYL, it has either been delivered, or is being packaged and processed.
- If this order was placed between Oct 10th and Oct 23rd, you should receive your order within 3 weeks of ordering. If your order was placed after Oct 23rd, it will be much quicker.
2. If your order was placed between Oct 10th and Oct 23rd, contains only unautographed items, including VINYL, and your shipping destination is the USA, your order has either been delivered, or is going out this week (end of October) - Fulfilled by my USA partners, Missing Ink.
3. If your order contains autographed items, not including VINYL, your order has either been delivered, or is in transit.
VINYL UPDATE
We sent out every record we had in stock all over the world, and the qualifying USA vinyl orders above are being fulfilled as per above. However, many RoW Vinyl orders will need to be fulfilled by a new batch, scheduled for delivery around late December/early January.
The reason for this is that vinyl takes around 10-12 weeks to manufacture, and every big artist with a bloody Christmas album pushes us little guys down the queue at this time of year. AUTOGRAPHED CD & VINYL BUNDLES
As I need to autograph these bundles here in the UK, many of these bundles will not be able to go out until we receive the new UK batch of Vinyls here. These are subject to the lead times listed above.
We wrote to most of you in an email blast explaining this, if you didn't receive the email please check your spam folders.
